Shipping calculated at checkout.
This listing includes 2 Aloe Black Gem live plants (Aloe ‘Black Gem’) identified as 4-inch pot plants. According to the supplied product information, these plants have fully established root systems. You will receive plants similar to the one pictured, with natural variation in leaf count, coloration, shape, and overall appearance.
Aloe Black Gem is an ornamental succulent valued for its compact rosette-forming habit and distinctive dark green foliage that can develop deeper coloration under suitable growing conditions. Its structured succulent leaves make it suitable for container displays, succulent collections, and bright indoor locations.
Provide bright light, a fast-draining succulent growing medium, and conservative watering. Allow the growing medium to dry appropriately between waterings and avoid prolonged saturation around the roots. The 4-inch measurement refers to the stated pot size and does not indicate plant height.
Shipping Clarification:
The supplied information contains conflicting shipping instructions. The product-specific description states that the plant will be shipped in its pot and should not be removed or disturbed, while the general shipping notice states that nursery pots are not included and plants are shipped bare root. The general notice also references 2-inch nursery pots, while this product is specifically listed as a 4-inch pot plant. Confirm the correct pot size and shipping method before publishing.
Plant Condition Disclosure:
Live plants may be shipped dormant, leafless, recently pruned, bare root, or partially defoliated depending on season, weather, and shipping requirements.
Natural variation in size, branching, foliage density, color, root structure, and overall appearance should be expected.
Important Note:
You will receive a live starter plant (seedling/young plant). Listing photos show the plant at a mature stage for reference only. The actual plant size, shape, and appearance may vary and will be significantly smaller than the images shown.
Customer Notice:
Live plants may experience normal shipping stress such as leaf loss, yellowing, wilting, or minor branch damage.
Please consider local weather before purchasing. Extreme heat, freezing temperatures, severe weather, shipping delays, or unattended packages may increase plant stress.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required photos for review.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photo of the shipping label
• Clear photos of the plant from multiple angles
• Scratch test photos if the plant appears dead or dormant
Dormant, stressed, defoliated, wilted, or transit-shocked plants are not automatically considered dead.
Claims submitted without required photos may not be eligible for review.
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will be considered accepted as received and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
