A Beach Day with Pa - Hardcover

by David And Elizabeth Mattson (Author), Brady Evans (Illustrator)

The sun shone brightly as Pa, Catherine, David, and Ben arrived at the beach, ready to embrace a day filled with laughter and adventure. The gentle ocean breeze carried the scent of saltwater and warmth, setting the perfect stage for family fun. Together, they eagerly crafted magnificent sandcastles, meticulously shaping towers and digging moats that sparkled under the sun. Their excitement grew as they slipped into the cool, clear water to snorkel, marveling at vibrant coral reefs and colorful fish darting around them.

Yet, amid the beauty, the family's joy was tempered by an unsettling sight: trash scattered along the shoreline and floating in the water. The once-pristine environment was marred by pollution, a stark reminder of the impact people can have on nature. Determined to make a difference, Pa led the way as they gathered debris, carefully cleaning the beach to restore its natural charm.

This heartfelt experience became more than just a day of play. Catherine, David, and Ben learned firsthand the importance of protecting the oceans and beaches they adored. Their time together deepened their appreciation for the environment and inspired a shared commitment to stewardship-ensuring that this treasured landscape remains beautiful for generations to come.
