Author Biography
Eileen Simonsen is a retired classroom teacher who not only taught young children how to read, but tried to instill in them a real love for reading. Today she continues to read to her grandchildren and encourages them to treasure reading books, too. She has found so much joy in sharing children's books with young minds, that when she got the inspiration for this book from her granddaughter, she decided to write it and published it in honor of all the children who have touched HER life. Her goal is to touch many more inquiring minds and put a smile on their faces...as well as a smile on the adults that may be reading it to them!
