- Shock freezes up to 468 lb. from 160°F to 0°F in 240 minutes.
- 7" LCD touch screen controller offers Quick Start, A La Carte, automatic/manual, and programmable operation.
- Stainless steel interior and exterior with 3" foamed-in-place insulation and camlock assembly.
- Designed for remote refrigeration; refrigeration package is not included.
- Includes one core temperature probe for accurate product monitoring.
