- Deep pan layout accommodates deeper inserts up to 9-3/4 inches.
- Accepts standard 12" x 20" full-size pans with separator channels; fractional pans can be used with optional adapter bars.
- 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel top and inner liner provide durability and easy cleaning.
- High-density polystyrene insulation and a galvanized steel outer case help improve temperature efficiency.
- Copper tubing on the bottom and sides supports even cooling throughout the pan.
- Built-in drain assembly includes a strainer, PVC nipple, and valve for easier maintenance.
