Andy Diggle is a British comic book writer and editor who is best known for his work on his creator-owned series The Losers, which was co-created by artist Jock and nominated for an Eisner Award in 2006. He also wrote the character-defining Green Arrow: Year One limited series, which went on to profoundly influence the character Oliver Queen in his break-out CW TV series, Arrow.
