Author Biography
Frederick Mosteller (1916-2006) ranks among the 20th century's most eminent statisticians. The founding Chairman of Harvard's Statistics Department, he wrote more than 50 books and 350 papers.Stephen E. Fienberg is a Harvard PhD and has served on the faculty of Carnegie Mellon University since 1980.
