Model: PHC Series – Left-Hand Hinge | 208-230 VOne cabinet, two critical tasks. This mobile, 3/4-height BevLes unit gently proofs artisan dough at a bakery-perfect 80 °F, then switches gears to keep cooked product hot and fresh up to 180 °F for service. A crystal-clear Lexan® door, independent heat/humidity controls and rugged aluminum construction make it the go-to choice for busy bakeries, cafés, hotels and caterers.

- Clear single-pane Lexan door (left-hand hinge) with heavy-duty stainless hinges, full-perimeter gasket and positive-latch handle—see product status at a glance without opening the door.
- Digital thermostat with bright LED read-out and separate humidity dial for precise, independent adjustment.
- Wide 80 – 180 °F (27 – 82 °C) temperature range covers proofing, low-temp holding and everything in between.
- Extruded universal pan supports on 1 ½" centers hold:
- (12) 18 × 26 in full-size sheet pans or
- (24) 12 × 20 in steam-table pans or
- (12) 23 × 23 in donut screens
- 5 qt. cast aluminum water reservoir with cover and “cast-in” element—prevents burn-out and improves safety.
- Completely removable bottom-mounted heating module speeds cleaning and service.
- 5 in swivel plate casters (front two with brakes) for smooth, quiet mobility.
- Lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum body (.063 in) with heavy .125 in base for long life.
