Claire Callender OBE is Professor of Higher Education at Birkbeck University, UK, and at IOE, UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, University College London, UK where she is Deputy Director of the ESRC/OFSRE Centre for Global Higher Education.
William Locke is Professor and Director of the Melbourne Centre for the Study of Higher Education at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Simon Marginson is Professor of Higher Education at the University of Oxford, UK, and Director of the ESRC/RE Centre for Global Higher Education at the University of Oxford, UK.
