Author Biography
Laura Caorsi es periodista y editora especializada en alimentación y salud. Se licenció en Comunicación Social por la Universidad Católica del Uruguay y tiene un máster en Periodismo por la Universidad del País Vasco. Ha escrito en diversos medios y ha realizado proyectos editoriales para instituciones públicas. Actualmente, trabaja con Prisa Revistas, lleva la coordinación editorial de la revista online de Eroski Consumer y colabora puntualmente con El País Gastro, Ctxt y otros medios. Ha recibido varios premios por su labor periodística, que compagina con la divulgación y la docencia.
