Author Biography

Hiromi Kubo is a business and economics librarian at California State University, Fresno. She received an MA in information science and learning technologies with an emphasis in library science from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She served as a reference and instruction librarian at Arkansas State University from 2004 to 2008 and taught a library research course. She has developed and offered many business-related research workshops, including workshops on industry and company research, demographic research, and economic data research both at Arkansas State and Fresno State.
