Comstock-Castle 36PS Stainless Steel Equipment Stand
36" W x 26-1/2" D x 34" H – Engineered for PO31 & B31N Deck OvensGive your Comstock-Castle PO31 or B31N oven the rock-solid support it deserves. The 36PS stand is factory-matched to these models, providing the correct overall depth, flange clearance and working height that generic “36 inch” stands simply can’t duplicate. Built entirely from stainless steel, it delivers the strength, sanitation and longevity demanded in high-volume commercial kitchens.
Why You’ll Love It
- Exact fit for PO31 & B31N – raised side & back corner flanges lock the oven’s base in place without the need for leg kits.
- All-stainless construction – top shelf, lower shelf and 1 ⅝" diameter legs resist corrosion and make clean-downs fast.
- 34" working height – keeps product loading/unloading ergonomic while matching surrounding cookline surfaces.
- Heavy-duty lower shelf – ideal for pans, utensils or spare pizza screens, freeing up valuable workspace.
- NSF compliant – smooth welds and open-frame design support strict food-safety protocols.
- Ships knocked-down – saves freight space; all hardware is included for quick on-site assembly.
- Ready for options – factory casters and leg-base hardware kits available (sold separately).
