Many adults cite coaches as the adult they remember most from their schooling experience - and that is not always a result of positive interactions. In education, we know the influence and impact coaches have, but there is little, if anything, done to help our coaches grow in any way outside of Xs and Os. Also, there is almost nothing connecting personality archetypes, and the Enneagram in particular, to education.
