Jack is convinced the newcomer is Anthony Finelli, a South Philly mobster who is using the facility as a hideout. Everyone else is pretty sure Jack is losing it. So he decides to single-handedly take his neighbor out.
But whoever the fat man might be he is no shrinking violet. And so the nursing home wars begin. It's funny how plotting murder can give an old guy a new lease on life.
