Moira Allen resides in Maryland and comes from a long line of artists. She has been actively collecting Victorian illustrations and ephemera for many years, amassing a collection of over 24,000 images. She hosts the Victorian history website VictorianVoices.net and also produces Victorian Times, a monthly emagazine and its print counterpart, Victorian Times Quarterly. Allen is an experienced freelance author and editor and has published several books. She is also the host of Writing-World.com, one of the world's largest web sites for writers.
