Author Biography
Dale Harding uses techniques and traditions including painting, sculpture, stencilling, and woodcarving to produce work informed by his heritage as a descendant of Bidjara, Ghungalu, and Garingbal peoples. Kate Harding employs quilt-making to tell stories of family, culture, and country. Hannah Matthews is senior curator at the Monash University Museum of Art. Deborah Edwards is a freelance curator and writer. Nancy Underhill is an art historian, curator, lecturer, and author. Ann Stephen, FAHA, is an art historian and curator. Jacky Huggins, AM, FAHA, has published widely in Australian history and women's studies. Paul S. C. Taçon, FAHA, FSA, has published nearly 300 academic and popular papers on rock art, material culture, color, cultural evolution, and identity.
