He is a 1979 Graduate of Huthinson Technical Vocational High School. Russell Was born in raised in historic State Tabernacle Church Of God In Christ, which now Pastors since 2007. Pastor Russell is married to the former Tracey Ann Sherrod of New Jersey since 2009. He is also Founder and Executive Director of Tabernacle Charities, Inc. a 501(C)3 not for profit charity since 2012. Pastor Russell Also serves as District Superintendent of District #4 and the Youth Department President for New York Western First Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ under the auspices of Bishop James R. Wright, Sr. PhD., Jurisdictional Prelate.
