Robert Taylor, who orchestrated the unlawful arrest of an innocent physician. Taylor
coerced false statements, doctored/destroyed evidence and withheld evidence
proving the doctor's innocence. Taylor then solicited the assistance of Deputy
Attorney General Sandra Dick, who continued her own willful abuse of power
