Peta Stapleton, PhD, has 20 years' experience as a registered Clinical and Health Psychologist and is an associate professor in psychology at Bond University in Australia. She leads worldwide research into psychological trials of new therapies. Working with teens and adults, her research has shown that it is possible to manage stress, depression, and weight.
