Author Biography

MICHAEL SOLOMONOV and STEVEN COOK own the acclaimed restaurants Zahav, Federal Donuts, Dizengoff, and Abe Fisher. Born in Israel and raised in Pittsburgh, Solomonov was named Eater 2016 Chef of the Year and won the 2011 James Beard Award for Best Chef, Mid-Atlantic.
