Fitting in Fitness mixes Faith and Fitness with a side of nutrition thrown in to help the reader create and maintain a lifestyle geared towards wholeness spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. This allows the reader, a.k.a. the Christian to move towards change inward to outward. Once we understand the path to wellness in all these areas for ourselves, we can then too share it with others. The whole of the gospel is to first, obtain salvation through the only saving name of Jesus Christ, and knowing that means changing from glory to glory through God's perfecting work in and through us. Once we have established that foundation - "The" foundation which is our Rock and our Redeemer Jesus Christ - we are well on our way to sharing the gospel message.

The gospel is what Jesus Christ came in the flesh for...to live and walk showing us how to live and walk. He was our example but then He did the unthinkable - He suffered a great price at the hands of those He lived amongst but not before carrying His own cross and showing us in doing so, we never carry our cross alone. Those persecutors sent Jesus Christ someone to help Him carry His cross all the way to Calvary where Jesus Christ suffered, died and once buried, rose again in victory. Jesus Christ suffered "our" cross and gave us new life, victory through "HIM".

That is the gospel we as disciples are to share and we can share it in the middle of our mess but most assuredly, once we become whole, we can share it readily and freely with thanksgiving to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ!
