Ashley Niedringhaus is an American lifestyle and travel journalist. Before moving to Bangkok, Ashley called New York City home where she held staff roles at various national women's magazines. She has contributed to several Thailand guides and was the editor of the first-ever Michelin Guide Bangkok, a gastronomic job that taught her to love Thai chilis. Her feature articles on travel, food, and culture have appeared in a wide range of international publications, including Travel+Leisure.
