Nancy Gianni is the founder and chief belief officer of GiGis Playhouses (Down syndrome achievement centers). She passionately serves as the visionary leader behind the organization as well as in her most important role as GiGis mom. What began as a mothers vision to change perception and maximize her daughters successes has evolved into a global movement of acceptance. The CNN hero resides in South Barrington, Illinois.
