Chuck has served as Director of Christian Education at Fourth Presbyterian Church, in Washington, D.C., as Minister to Students at Lake Avenue Congregational Church, in Pasadena, and as founding pastor for the Celebration Community Church in El Toro, CA. He has for forty years led seminars throughout the country in developing a discipling ministry.
