Welcome to "God's Love." This book has been a labor of love between a mother-a retired public school educator and principal-and daughter-also an educator. Both women taught curricula from various Catholic education institutions from kindergarten through eighth grade. Their collaboration provides an outline for teaching young children about Bible stories. The enjoyment, ease, and excitement of learning about God doesn't require special certification-just a love of reading and learning. Easily reproducible drawings provide symbolic representations of the biblical highlights. These simple drawings enhance a child's recall. Visual associations provide an easy reference for children's retention of the stories and self-recitation.

Simplified information regarding daily biblical life, foods, toys, and responsibilities/chores is also included. The book is Intentionally succinct, easy to follow, with limited page size for easy transport, child friendly size and type. References to culture, languages and musical instruments are included to inspire further study and interest at the time of Jesus' life on earth.

These simple reproducible drawings work well with religious instruction students. They can recall whole bible stories from just a glimpse of the symbol/picture associated with them. We hope that "God's Love" inspires both children and teachers to learn together about God and our relationship with God's world and with one another.
