When food is finished frying, hook the basket over the oil tank to easily drain excess oil from food without making a mess. For easy cleanup, the enamel-coated oil tank has an easy-pour spout for pouring out the oil to recycle or discard. Then the oil tank, cooking basket and lid go straight in the dishwasher. This deep fryer is designed to be easy to assemble and use. And it has a magnetic cord that instantly detaches if it's tugged to prevent tipping.
