Jennifer Polhemus is an internationally published poet, Certified Peer Specialist, and owner of Eclosion Mind, a holistic wellness coaching practice. A Pushcart Prize nominee, she has published four previous poetry collections and leads workshops on creative writing and mindfulness. Her work draws from decades of personal experience with mental illness and her ongoing journey toward integrated wellness.
