Hermie the HR Hermit Crab provides a refreshingly humorous yet insightful take on organizational change, development, and culture, brought to life through the quirky and colorful world of Hermie-a hermit crab with an HR title and a knack for navigating the changing tides of the workplace. As the HR manager of a lively pet shop, Hermie encounters a cast of unique characters, each representing familiar workplace personalities: the demanding Boss Betta, the aloof Kat the line manager, the overextended PM Chihuahua, and several others. Together, they illustrate the daily challenges and humorous pitfalls of managing people, change, and culture in organizations of all shapes and sizes.

Through a series of lighthearted yet thought-provoking cartoon strips, Hermie explores critical themes like leadership communication, employee engagement, change resistance, and cultural alignment. Readers will find relatable scenarios and valuable lessons in each gag, supported by well-established change management and organizational development principles. With Hermie's guidance, you'll discover how to lead change with empathy, navigate corporate quirks with humor, and see the value in every small step toward a more harmonious workplace.

Perfect for HR professionals, change leaders, line managers, and anyone who enjoys a good laugh at the realities of the modern workplace, Hermie the HR Hermit Crab offers both wisdom and whimsy, making it a must-read for those who believe work should be purposeful, satisfying, and, above all, enjoyable.
