Author Biography

A widely published historian and educator, Steven Branting has been honored by, among others, the History Channel, the American Association for State and Local History, the Association of American Geographers and the Society for American Archaeology. The Idaho State Historical Society conferred on him the 2011 Esto Perpetua Award, citing his leadership in some of the most significant preservation...projects undertaken in Idaho.
