Congratulations on taking the first step in taking control of your health. This book is filled with home remedies, most of which can be made from ingredients already in your kitchen and/or pantry. I give remedies to help with common issues like cold, flu, nausea, etc. I have collected these remedies over the years and want to share them in hopes of helping others. Many drugs we are prescribed contribute to additional side effects that result in taking more medication; thus, more cost and risk in compromising your health. This is how big pharma makes money. They do not want to heal you as that would compromise their profits and financial margins. I have personally tried many of these remedies, but not all. I used ivermectin for over a year and currently take MMS/Chlorine Dioxide daily for maintenance. My wife has been proactive in trying the remedies and has been pleased with the results. She has type 2 diabetes and now her blood sugar is back where it should be. She was taking six medications for Diabetes and no longer takes prescribed medications. My children have also tried many of these remedies with success. This book can be used as a reference book depending on your ailment or read cover to cover for knowledge of the ability to help others and yourself. I was a semi-professional (mountain and cyclocross) cyclist for many years, giving me an appreciation for health. Now a father and husband, I am passionate about the health of my wife and kids. I have a BS in Mathematics and live in Colorado. In 2006 I was hit by a car riding my bicycle to work. I suffered a TBI and have worked hard to get to where I am. As part of that journey, I garnered a fervent interest in health as I searched and researched remedies for the side effects that came because of my accident. Furthermore, my mother died of cancer when I was three. That caused me to be keenly aware of remedies that might have kept her alive and might keep others (especially family members) alive by being able to kick cancer.
