I Learned to Lead in Kindergarten: Leadership lessons from an elementary school teacher - Paperback
by Bryan S. Zugelder Ed D. (Author)
Leading a group of adults is hard, but rewarding work. Just as great teachers create high-functioning classrooms, exemplary leaders create high-functioning teams.
