In addition to his three decades as a paint and wallpaper contractor, Michael Bennett is nationally known as a consumer activist for patient safety: he has appeared on numerous television shows; has been a guest at the White House; and is also the author of My Father: an American story of courage, shattered dreams, and enduring love. Michael and his wife Sharon reside in Baltimore and are the parents of five children.
