A limerick is a popular type of verse, with five lines and a strict rhyme scheme of AABBA, in which lines one, two and five rhyme, while the third and fourth lines are shorter and share a different rhyme. Often silly, saucy, and sometimes downright rude in nature, these rhymes usually include some introduction to a colorful and strange character who is the subject of the rhyme. In this book you will meet a range of eclectic animals and humans, who all share one thing in common - your imagination!
