Tom Jacobs is an Evolutionary Astrologer, Energy Worker, and Channel. A Level II graduate of evolutionary astrologer Steven Forrest's Apprenticeship Program (member since 2004), he has a global practice of readings, coaching, and teaching people to understand what their souls sent them to Earth to do and supporting them in making it happen.
