Marcato’s Pasta Bike for hand cutting homemade pasta dough into long noodles squares and other pasta shapes. Pasta dough that’s cut into uniform sizes results in a more consistent texture cook time and flavor. The Pasta Bike easily cuts sheets of pasta dough into ribbon noodles like pappardelle reginette crostoli or cut squares for tortellini and circles for agnolotti. The 9 interchangeable wheels are easy to take off and add back on to customize strips of different widths. Fresh pasta can be dried on a pasta drying rack (sold separately) and stored for later use or cooked and enjoyed immediately. Made in Italy from plastic Marcato’s Pasta Bike wipes clean with a dry brush or cloth after each use. Includes the Pasta Bike 9 interchangeable wheels and instructions.
