Mermaid Balloon Garland Kit

Pastel pink, sea glass green, and chrome purple flowing across your cake table create a soft, ocean-toned backdrop that instantly feels like an under-the-sea scene. This mermaid balloon garland kit brings that dreamy, layered look to your party wall with just the right amount of shimmer from gold and chrome accents.

This is a complete DIY balloon garland kit that hangs above a blue-draped dessert table or along a gift display wall. If you can peel a sticker and push a balloon through a strip, you can build this. No experience needed, no specialty tools, no helium tank. Everything but the pump is in the box. Choose from 5ft, 10ft, 15ft, and 20ft to fit your space.

Why You'll Love It

• Creates a full, ocean-inspired backdrop that fills the wall behind your dessert or gift table
• Beginner-friendly design with simple steps that make setup feel approachable
• Professional-grade latex in pastel pink, sea glass green, pastel lilac, chrome green, chrome purple, and gold
• Air filled, so no helium and no trip to the party store
• Available in multiple lengths to fit anything from small setups to full feature walls

Perfect For

• An under-the-sea birthday where the garland frames the cake table with shell props and a themed cake stand
• A baby shower setup where it runs above the gift table with soft linens and ocean-inspired decor
• A whimsical event where it stretches across a backdrop wall with iridescent streamers and floating accents

Complete the look: With our Electric Balloon Pump, a 15ft takes about an hour to build (about 1.5 hours with the garland strip), so you can focus on styling. Add seashell or starfish cutouts and iridescent streamers to build out the ocean scene, or include a giant seahorse mylar balloon to anchor the display visually.
