Neutral Rainbow Sesame Street Balloon Garland Kit

Pastel blue, burnt orange, and linen tones layered across your cake table create a soft rainbow backdrop that feels playful without being loud. This is the setup parents choose when they want character energy with a more elevated, modern finish.

This is a complete DIY balloon garland kit that hangs above the birthday table for the little fan who deserves the full themed setup. If you can peel a sticker and push a balloon through a strip, you can build this. No experience needed, no specialty tools, no helium tank. Everything but the pump is in the box. Choose from 5ft, 10ft, 15ft, and 20ft to fit your space.

Why You’ll Love It

• Pastel blue, burnt orange, linen, sage, and golden tones create a soft rainbow that fills the wall without overpowering the setup
• Designed for first-timers with a step-by-step build that feels simple and doable
• Professional-grade latex balloons with rich, consistent color from start to finish
• Air-fill only means no helium runs or extra tools to figure out
• Available in multiple lengths to fit anything from a small table to a full photo wall

Perfect For

• A first birthday where the garland frames the cake table with themed cutouts and a small smash cake setup below
• A baby shower where it runs along the gift table, paired with plush toys and soft neutral table styling
• A backyard party where it stretches across a fence or wall with a balloon number and picnic table setup underneath

Complete the look: Add our Electric Balloon Pump to keep setup moving. With it, a 15ft takes about an hour to build (about 1.5 hours with the garland strip). Style with themed cutouts or plush toys to create that dimensional, photo-ready scene, or anchor the display with a pastel number balloon for extra impact.
