Elizabeth J. Richardson, PhD, is Assistant Professor of Behavioral and Social Sciences at the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, Alabama. Daniel M. Doleys, PhD, is the Director of The Doleys Clinic/Pain and Rehabilitation Institute in Birmingham, Alabama.
