by Daniela Berti (Author)
A surreal and entertaining children's tale that introduces big ideas to little kids, Pit the Giant Chick shows us that often not everything is as it seems.
One day the little chick Pit became enormous, even bigger than the sun. Scientists studied him and archaeologists measured his footprints. Everything was tight on him, even his own home. Narrated from a kids-eye view, this charming tale teaches young readers to look at things with new eyes and from different perspectives. Maybe then we might discover some pleasant surprises.Author Biography
