For CUSTOM DESIGN (Design Consult) orders: Please allow 7-10 business days for completion of your custom design (10-14 days during the holiday season); we will be in touch with photos of progress to your preferred method of contact. Custom orders with requested expedited completion times will incur rush fees and be added to your final invoice.
Disclaimer: All our designs are 100% faux! We source high-end, authentic looking faux florals and stems. As our materials are made to appear realistic, often the stems and blooms have slight variations - just as they would in nature! This may mean no two designs are exactly the same, so please expect some variation. Branches crafts all of our designs with love and attention and only send out orders that we would proudly display for our own.
