The unit works as an way of illustrating sound waves, using vibrating strings, and vibrating air in hollow tubes; i.e. string and wind instruments.The author acknowledges the influence of the old English physics curriculum, known as Salter-Horner Physics. This use and process led course, while designed for a secular audience, seems inherently appropriate for a biblically-based science education series.
