In this book, we look in detail at scripture to see how the forces of Satan are set up. We will look in scripture at the names and ranks of these demonic forces. We will also see how the enemy operates. We will point out his schemes, tricks, and plans that he uses to try to trap us. We will also point out how we can open doors to allow the enemy to trap us. We will see that by our words, our actions, or an act of our will, we can give the enemy our permission to attack us. We will also see how we can be brought under bondage and controlled in certain areas of our lives by these demonic forces. We will break down the biblical meaning of words like possession, oppression, strongholds, depression, and many others. We will see that our modern understanding of these words does not always match the biblical meaning of them. We will see from scripture why and how we have victory over Satan and his forces in the name of Jesus. To do this we will show in scripture how the work that Jesus did in the atonement gives us victory, and the power to win not just the battle, but the war. To fight a spiritual fight, we must have spiritual weapons, we will point out the weapons that God has given us in the New Covenant through Jesus Christ our Lord. We will also look at what we need to do in order to stay strong in the Lord, so we can use these weapons effectively. Last of all, we will look at the deliverance ministry. We will look at how we are to pray for someone to be delivered. We will show the biblical way to cast out devils, break bondages, and pull down strongholds. We will talk about what to expect while doing deliverance, and we will see in scripture different ways that demons will manifest themselves during deliverance.
