Forrest "Dell" Moore, MD, is Associate Professor of Surgery at the TCU & UNTHSC School of Medicine, and is Vice Chief of Surgery and Associate Trauma Medical Director at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, USA.

Peter M. Rhee, MD, is Professor of Surgery, New York Medical College, and Chief of Acute Care Surgery, Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY, USA.

Carlos J. Rodriguez, DO, is Associate Professor of Surgery at the TCU & UNTHSC School of Medicine, and is Director of Emergency General Surgery and Surgical Research at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, USA.
