Her father, a Baptist minister, lovingly but firmly holds tight the reins on this wild, young colt, who by amazing grace is transformed into quite the thoroughbred. The reader is taken on a rollercoaster ride of emotions that will have you laughing, crying, and even angry as you experience the clash of cultures between the "Rev" and his strong-willed, first born, Teenie.
