MARCELA MANJARREZ is no stranger to being "the only one" in the C-suite and the boardroom-the only woman, the only Hispanic, the only nontraditional leader. After more than two decades driving business transformation at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and Fortune 25 healthcare enterprise Centene, Manjarrez shares key insights with senior leaders on how to leverage the vast potential of Hispanic talent for the success of their organizations.

Manjarrez is an economist and C-suite executive, a sought-after keynote speaker and advisor to CEOs and organizations looking to tap into the power of Hispanics and other nontraditional talent. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a master's in economics from Washington University in St. Louis, and currently serves on several corporate and nonprofit boards. She resides in St. Louis, Missouri.
