The Last Act: Kindred Spirits Mysteries - Paperback

by Beth Connor (Author)

The stage is set for a chilling performance...

Nora Sinclair has always felt at home on the dance floor, but when she lands the lead role in a major production of Chicago at Boston's legendary-and haunted-Majestic Theatre, she quickly realizes she's out of her depth. Acting is new, but that's not the only thing unsettling her. The Majestic holds secrets much darker than any role she's ever taken on.

As rehearsals begin, strange occurrences plague the cast-a whisper in the wings, a shadow where there shouldn't be one, and the unmistakable scent of roses hanging in the air. At first, Nora chalks it up to nerves, but when she discovers a hidden tin filled with old letters, she uncovers a story that has been long hidden.

Drawn into the lives hinted at in the letters, Nora must piece together a mystery that's been buried over a century. As the lines between the past and present blur, she'll need to trust her instincts-and the surrounding spirits-to uncover the truth and find her place on the stage.

A tale of lost love, hidden secrets, and the timeless magic of the theater. Perfect for fans of paranormal mysteries, historical intrigue, and those who believe the past can still speak to us.
