by Christi Parker (Author)
It was just one tiny lump, but it was big enough to change their whole world.
Christi is living the life she has always dreamed of-married to a good man, a stay-at-home mom to three beautiful, talented girls. Everything is just as it should be.
Except it isn't.
The day Christi's husband is diagnosed with a deadly sarcoma her happy life changes in an instant. Suddenly, she is thrust into the terrifying world of cancer treatment. How will she help her husband make the life and death decisions? Will she be able to help him survive the crushing side effects of the therapy? Will she have the courage to face all the challenges alone, hundreds of miles from the family she loves?
Follow along through the misdiagnoses, the heart-wrenching choices, and the unexpected setbacks. In her open, transparent manner, Christi shares all the details with you - what the experience was like as well as what she learned that made it all a bit easier.
Christi's story is full of raw emotion but is also laugh-out-loud funny in the most unexpected places. The Life and Death of Lumpy Parker is a lifeline for those who will face an unwanted diagnosis of any kind and for everyone who loves them.
