John Miller and Ray DiSilvestro have been writing comedy material as a team for almost 10 years....most of it GOOD...some of it (e.g. THE LOST EPISODES ) FANTASTIC! They've written several books, standup comedy material, and are presently writing (another) sitcom for a well known production company. Volume 2 of their Lost Episodes series is particularly significant as it was partly written during the periods in which John and Ray went to Los Angeles, met Larry David, were invited on the set of Curb your Enthusiasm, and appear in the last episode of Season 9.
