How do you go from being a millionaire to bankruptcy, owing tens of thousands of dollars to Vegas casinos, financial institutions, friends, and family? How do you break a thirty-year addiction to pride, gambling, alcohol, and sex after failing to break the habits yourself? Through the power of God, I was restored to a debt-free millionaire with a global ministry. God is love and forgiveness, and through Jesus, I have a new life. Before, I was living to satisfy my needs and desires. But now, I enjoy serving God first, others second, and myself last. Read my story; if God can forgive me, He can forgive you. Don Reed Sr. www.crossingpaths.org The back cover: as you see the empty crosses, notice the empty tomb, where Jesus laid. The sun is rising over 'The Valley of Tears, ' as I call it. Tears of mourning for Christ's crucifixion and tears of joy for his resurrection. The sun brings the promise of a new day to all humanity, Jew and Gentile. Jesus through his death and resurrection, has bridged the gulf between God and man giving mankind the promise of a new life. Hence the book's name, The New Dawn (Don).
