Intent on repatriating Sarah's collection of Nazi stolen art, Jack is distracted by a former lover, Aydin. Aydin flees from the clutches of her crazed uncle, who, intent on effecting an honor killing, has killed Sarah by mistake. In West Berlin, Jack must stay a step ahead of criminal forces intent on seizing Sarah's art while dealing with Aydin, who has machinations of her own.

Author Biography

Gates Whiteley is a retired attorney, an accomplished entrepreneur, writer, and speaker. His second self-published novel, William: The Man, The Myth & The Mafia (2019), received maximum scores in a recent Writer's Digest judging. William also received a favorable review on Reedsy/Discovery by Philip Zozzaro in May 2020.
